A strategic growth partnership

Face Forward by Amanda

The Luxury Growth & Booking System

An elevated website. Stronger local visibility. More booked facials. Smart AI follow-up that works while you care for clients.

Our shared priority

Introduce more local clients to Face Forward, fill Kim's calendar, and turn first-time guests into repeat customers.

Prepared for Face Forward by Amanda

October 2026 | Denville, New Jersey

The vision

Beautiful brand. Busy calendars.

This is not a proposal for posting more on Instagram. It is a complete visibility, booking and retention system built around the premium service Face Forward already provides.

  1. 01Get discovered
  2. 02Get booked
  3. 03Get rebooked

We will connect your luxury website, Google visibility, premium content, local ads and automated follow-up into one customer journey.

What success looks like

A. More appointments for Kim

Build recognition and trust around the second esthetician with a dedicated booking path, engaging videos and targeted local promotion.

B. More premium first-time guests

Present services in an elevated way and answer questions quickly so interested people feel confident booking.

C. More repeat visits

Reactivate past guests, simplify rebooking and develop thoughtfully timed follow-ups and VIP programs.

D. Less work for Amanda

Plan and batch content, answer common inquiries with AI, and automate routine touchpoints wherever practical.

The positioning

Face Forward should feel like a premium local skincare destination everywhere a prospective guest finds it: Google, Instagram, Facebook, your website and the booking experience.

Phase 1 / Foundation

A luxury first impression.

The website redesign is included in this package, not a separate project or a later phase.

SEO is essential to getting found locally.

A beautiful website matters, but local clients also need to find it. Search engine optimization (SEO) helps connect Face Forward with people actively searching for facials and skincare in Denville and nearby communities. We would build on your existing website and Google Business Profile, strengthening what you already have rather than starting your online presence from scratch.

Clear treatment pages, relevant local search terms, accurate business information, fresh photos and consistent review requests all work together to improve visibility and build trust. This is ongoing work, not a one-time checklist, and search rankings are never guaranteed.

Included: custom luxury website redesign

A website worthy of premium facials.

An elegant, mobile-first home for Face Forward with elevated photography, clear treatment information, both estheticians, strong calls to action and direct Vagaro booking links.

Luxury website + booking journey

Redesign up to five primary pages or equivalent sections; prioritize a beautiful home page, services, about, meet Kim and easy booking.

Why: Help premium visitors instantly understand the quality and book without friction.

Search-friendly service pages

Build on your existing website with optimized treatment copy, headings, page titles, internal links and local search phrases such as facials in Denville. Keep improving the pages so visitors can understand your services and reach the right booking link.

Why: Capture high-intent searches from people already looking for skincare services.

Google Business Profile optimization

Build on your existing Google Business Profile by refining categories, services, photos, business information, booking links and posts. Keep details consistent across key listings so prospective guests can find accurate information wherever they discover you.

Why: Turn local Google discovery and existing five-star reviews into more inquiries.

Reputation + review growth

Create a consistent process for requesting honest Google reviews after appointments, with a convenient review link and thoughtful responses. Invite genuine feedback from all clients, without incentives or screening for positive reviews.

Why: Continue building credibility from the strong review foundation Amanda already has.

Website build fee: included in the monthly partnership.

Phase 2 / Awareness

Be seen by the right people.

Quality over volume: recognizable faces, helpful skincare content and local campaigns designed to introduce Face Forward to future clients.

Social media deliverable

12 curated posts every month

One 60 to 90 minute on-site filming session per month with Amanda and Kim. We plan the scripts and prompts, capture talking clips and treatments where approved, then edit, write captions and schedule a mix of Reels, TikTok, education, testimonials and brand-building content.

TikTok as a search and lead engine

TikTok is now a search engine.

A large share of prospective clients, especially younger ones, now search TikTok before or instead of Google for phrases like facials near me, best facial Denville or lymphatic facial. They watch real treatments, read the comments and form an opinion about the studio before they ever open a website. That makes TikTok a discovery channel, not just entertainment, and one strong video can keep introducing Face Forward to new local viewers for months after it is posted.

TikTok works as a lead source in three ways. First, in-app search: treatment videos with local captions and hashtags surface when prospects search for services, and the platform is increasingly used as a local directory. Second, Google visibility: TikTok videos appear in Google search results, so one well-titled video can rank on both platforms at once. Third, comments and direct messages: questions in the comments and DMs become warm inquiries, and every reply can gently point back to the booking link. Each video also builds the recognition that carries into search, Meta ads and word of mouth.

The monthly filming session captures vertical clips during approved treatments, so Amanda and Kim have ready-to-post TikTok content without extra shoot days.

1. Meta advertising management

Plan, launch and refine local Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Prioritize Kim's bookings, premium services and relevant seasonal offers; test creative and audiences.

2. Meet Kim campaign

Create a dedicated introduction, website booking section, social content and ad variations that make it easy to choose an appointment with Kim.

3. Facebook group posts + community visibility

Plan helpful skincare tips, introductions to Amanda and Kim, treatment spotlights and relevant local updates for participating Facebook groups and Denville community channels. Share promotional posts only where permitted, respecting each group's rules.

4. High-quality personal branding

Use skincare education, behind-the-scenes moments, treatment explanations and founder stories to develop recognition and trust.

Recommended media investment

$20 per day in Meta ads (approximately $600 in a 30-day month), paid directly to the ad platform and separate from management.

Phase 3 / Intelligent systems

A front desk that keeps working.

GoHighLevel tools can reduce missed opportunities while Amanda and Kim are hands-on with clients. Configure approved answers and always provide a path to a real person.

1. 24/7 AI phone receptionist

An AI phone assistant can answer supported common questions, capture caller details and share the right booking link or hand the inquiry to staff.

2. Missed-call text-back

If a call goes unanswered, send a prompt, friendly text offering help and a direct path to book a treatment.

3. Website Skin Concierge

A branded chat assistant answers approved FAQs about hours, services, pricing and booking, while guiding guests to the correct next step.

4. Social DM / comment replies

Automated responses to selected Facebook or Instagram inquiries can deliver basic service information and a convenient booking link.

The practical difference

A question at 9:30 PM should not become a lost client.

The automation provides a quick first response, captures the inquiry and moves a prospective guest closer to scheduling, even when the studio is closed. Clinical or treatment-suitability questions go to Amanda or Kim; the AI does not diagnose skin conditions.

Phase 4 / Client relationships

The follow-up is where growth compounds.

Not every customer books the first time. Not every client remembers to rebook. Thoughtful automation makes both easier.

01. Unbooked lead follow-up

Friendly follow-up after an inquiry that did not turn into an appointment.

Why: Recover inquiries that would otherwise be forgotten.

02. Past-client reactivation

Permission-based email and text campaigns for eligible clients who have not visited recently.

Why: Bring existing relationships back into the calendar.

03. Aftercare + rebooking

Approved thank-you messages, useful post-treatment guidance and timed invitations to return.

Why: Improve the experience and encourage repeat visits.

04. Birthday + VIP touchpoints

Personal birthday messages, exclusive seasonal invitations and thoughtful loyalty campaigns.

Why: Create a premium feeling that continues after an appointment.

05. Appointment gap / waitlist alerts

Offer newly available slots to an opted-in list when booking-system data allows it.

Why: Help fill cancellations and reduce unused appointment time.

06. Review invitation workflow

Prompt clients to share genuine feedback after an appointment, without screening for positive reviews.

Why: Expand word-of-mouth and local search credibility.

Messaging campaigns require appropriate client consent. Appointment-triggered automations and cancellation alerts depend on confirmed Vagaro / GoHighLevel integration and available data.

The creative growth engine

Reasons to book, and to talk about it.

Rather than chasing discounts, build a calendar of premium, locally relevant campaigns that Amanda and Kim can activate throughout the year.

Bridal Skin Prep

A three- or six-month skincare plan for brides, promoted through local wedding partners.

Why: Creates repeat visits and a high-value occasion.

Face Forward VIP Club

Design a premium facial membership or prepaid series with perks and priority access.

Why: Makes revenue and rebooking more predictable.

Seasonal Skincare Edit

Holiday, winter glow, pre-event and special-occasion packages with tasteful enhancements.

Why: Creates timely reasons to return without bargain pricing.

Denville Glow Guide

A downloadable skincare guide paired with opt-in email education and follow-up.

Why: Turns curious site visitors into permission-based leads.

Local Luxury Network + collaborative giveaways

Develop partnerships with nearby salons, photographers, makeup artists, boutiques and fitness studios. Explore joint giveaways, shared social posts, referral opportunities and local events that introduce each business to the other's audience. Agree on giveaway terms, partner contributions and platform requirements before launch; giveaways are separate from review requests and never reward reviews.

Why: Introduces Face Forward to relevant local audiences and builds authentic referrals and neighborhood recognition.

Meet the Estheticians

Recurring founder and Kim stories, skin tips and treatment spotlights.

Why: Makes the people behind the studio memorable.

Campaigns roll out throughout the engagement, not all on day one.

The value

What this really costs.

Before the numbers, it helps to compare this partnership with the realistic alternatives.

Cheaper than hiring an employee

A part-time marketing or front-desk employee in New Jersey typically costs $2,000 to $3,500 per month once you add wages, payroll taxes and training, and that person still cannot design a website, run ads, film content and answer calls at 9:30 PM. This partnership covers strategy, design, content, advertising, SEO and automation for $550 per month, with no payroll, no benefits, no management overhead and no sick days.

Why: You get a whole team for less than one part-time hire.

A proven booking engine

We have helped estheticians book 20 to 30 qualified appointments per month from Facebook alone, before counting Google, Instagram, TikTok or repeat clients. Even a fraction of that fills a second calendar fast.

Why: This is the same system we run for other estheticians.

The honest math

About 1 to 2 facials per week.

The full partnership runs approximately $1,150 per month including ad spend. With most signature facials priced between $120 and $150, the entire system costs the equivalent of roughly 1 to 2 facials per week. Everything beyond that, every new guest, every rebooking, every review, is growth on top.

Put differently: if this system brings in even 8 to 10 new clients in a month, it has paid for itself several times over. Our esthetician clients have seen 20 to 30 qualified bookings per month from Facebook alone.

The honest timeline

About six months to steady results.

Search rankings, Google reviews and repeat bookings all build on one another, so the first month is setup and the real momentum arrives over the months that follow. Six months is how long it takes for this system to settle into a reliable flow of bookings, which is why the engagement is suggested at that length.

Booking figures reflect results we have achieved for other esthetics clients and are shared as context, not a guarantee. Individual results depend on market, offer, capacity and follow-through.

The partnership

Everything works together.

A clear, manageable launch plan, built to strengthen the brand and create more opportunities for both estheticians.

  • Luxury website redesign included
  • Local SEO & Google profile optimization
  • 12 social posts each month
  • One 60 to 90 minute monthly filming session
  • Facebook & Instagram ad management
  • AI receptionist + website chat setup
  • Missed-call and inquiry follow-up
  • Email / SMS retention workflows
  • Seasonal offers, partnerships and campaigns
  • Monthly performance review

Suggested rollout

  1. Month 1: launch website, Google improvements, content and ads.
  2. Month 2: activate AI and follow-up workflows; refine campaigns.
  3. Month 3: test seasonal and VIP initiatives; improve booking conversion.
  4. Months 4 to 6: compound what is working. This is where results steady out into a reliable flow of bookings.

Proposed monthly investment

$550/ month, agency partnership

Plus approximately $600/month in ads at $20/day (30-day estimate), for approximately $1,150/month combined.

The website build is included; no separate website design fee.

Suggested engagement: six months, the time it takes to build steady results. Domain, hosting, Vagaro and third-party AI/phone/SMS usage charges, if applicable, are separate. Automation features depend on platform access, integrations and consent.
